If you are a charity that it is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales then you should be entitled to the special zero VAT relief.
In order to get this relief your charity must hold evidence of being a registered charity and you will have to provide NE3D Ltd with evidence that you are a charity. All the information can be found via the link.

Your donation box will have a custom delivery crate made especially for your donation box. This allows us to send your donation box with minimum level of risk.
As standard we use an economy service, but for an extra charge we can send your donation box next day and even specify an am or pm delivery slot.
Once your donation box has arrived it is advisable to unpack and check within 24 hours. This helps up sort out any potential issues that may have occurred during transit.
